At SafeMota, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably. We understand that there may be times when changes are needed. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is confirmed. Once an order has been confirmed by the vendor or delivery agent, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where delivery fails due to reasons attributable to SafeMota or its partners. Refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Method Coverage

This policy applies equally to all payment methods — including cash, mobile money, and wallet payments.

Approval Process

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to approval by a SafeMota administrator, either globally or at the shop level. Vendors and delivery agents cannot authorize refunds or cancellations directly.
