SafeMota may collect personal data such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, transaction history, and device information as part of service delivery and account management.

2. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless we are legally required to retain certain data (e.g., for tax, legal, or security reasons).

3. How to Request Data Deletion
  • Email us at support@safemota.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include your full name, phone number or email used with your SafeMota account, and a brief message confirming your request.
  • We may require identity verification to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
4. Processing Time

We aim to process and respond to all verified data deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted or anonymized.

5. What Happens After Deletion
  • Your SafeMota account will be permanently closed.
  • You will no longer be able to access any services tied to that account.
  • Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for legal or statistical purposes.
6. Exceptions

Data may not be deleted if:

  • It is required for the completion of ongoing services.
  • It is needed to comply with legal obligations.
  • It is required for legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention or financial recordkeeping.
